Review
The movie begins with Olivia (Brooklyn Lee) and Eric (Giovanni Francisco) in bed, after he has asked her to marry him. But she decides he's not right for her and breaks their engagement, so he hops into his car and goes to visit his brother Chad (Johnny Castle). An old friend of his from high school, Rebecca (Marie McCray), lives with Chad and his girlfriend Cindy (Dahlia Sky). She's having problems with her boyfriend Troy (Anthony Rosano), who cheats on her and now wants her to have a threesome. You guess what happens.
The story isn't bad, though it is a bit predictable. And the acting is inconsistent. Marie McCray is totally unconvincing when she runs into Eric's room crying, for example. A lot of the scenes at the party are just plain silly, too, and some of the music is overdone. But Giovanni Francisco is very good, and Anthony Rosano is great as the asshole Troy.
The sex scenes generally have a very romantic feel, and the first two and the last one are all reasonably good. The third, which is a threesome, starts out quite good, but the sex becomes fairly routine. The only bad scene is the fourth one, in which Tony cheats on Rebecca. It is important to the story, but the sex feels completely pre-planned.
One strange thing, to us, was that the first three sex scenes are much longer than the last two. That's not so much a problem with the fourth scene, but the last one is the "climax" of the story, so we would have expected more time to be devoted to it.
The camera work overall has a somewhat "amateurish" feel, which we don't mean as a criticism. Maybe "cinema verite" would be a better way to describe it. (Think Blair Witch Project.) During the sex scenes, it tends to be a lot more focused on the women than on the men, but there are some nice touches here and there, and it isn't terrible in this respect.
The movie was nominated for Best Romance Release at the 2013 AVN awards.

It's not clear at the beginning what the relationship between them is, but we learn later than he has just asked her to marry him. The sex is romantic and fairly passionate, and she does seem to enjoy herself a good deal. But the scene feels a little too long, probably because of issues with the camera work.
The photography overall has an intimate feel. There is a good mix of angles, and there is good balance in places. But she is much more the focus than he is. When they are 69, we are shown what both of them are doing. But his face is mostly out of frame when they are fucking, and there are more genital closeups then we would prefer. When she is on top of him, for example, the only shot, for a long time, is from between his legs, behind her.
Scene 2: Heather Starlet and Xander Corvus (♀♂)

Boyfriend and girlfriend have sex, for the first time, after they leave the party. They've been dating for a while, but she didn't feel ready after her last relationship.
There is very good chemistry between them, and the sex, though it starts out a bit slow, ends up being every bit as passionate as one would expect it to be, given the story. We really liked the way he masturbates her, which one almost never sees in porn, and they do a good job staying in role while they are fucking. It's sweet how he asks her if she is ready just before he enters her for the "first" time.
She seems to enjoy herself quite a lot, and there are several times it seems as if she might cum, though he keeps falling out of her at the crucial moment. The final sequence, where she sucks him off, isn't set up properly, either. It's just all of a sudden, he's about to cum.
The photography is really good at the beginning, with a great mix of angles. It is especially nice how his eating her is shot. But we do lose him once they start fucking and, for the most part, when she is sucking him, too. And the bit at the end is shot POV style.
Overall, then, it's a very, very sexy scene, but its flaws hold it back.
Scene 3: Dahlia Sky, Madison Ivy, and Johnny Castle (♀♀♂)

There's been a lot of talk about threesomes, and Cindy (Dahlia Sky) either can't stop thinking about having one with Chad and their friend Bailey (Madison Ivy) or else she is worried that he wants to do it. So she talks to Chad about it before they go to sleep. One or both them end up dreaming about it.
The entire way this scene unfolds makes it clear that it is mostly about these two girlfriends sharing something: Chad's body. Their focus is almost entirely on each other at the beginning, and that is really sexy. Unfortunately, the rest of the scene does not live up to that promise. The sex ends up feeling somewhat routine.
The photography is similar to the first scene. There are even more genital closeups here, though, so many that it can be hard to have a sense for what else is happening.
Scene 4: Krissy Lynn and Anthony Rosano (♀♂)

There should have been more kissing at the outset. These are two very close, long-time friends having sex for the first time, and it should both be more passionate and more loving. But the sex otherwise has a fairly natural feel, and there is pretty good chemistry between them. She does seem to enjoy herself, too, and to become fairly aroused.
(McCray always seems to us like she's faking it, but we've seen her in a lot of movies in which she's clearly having a great time, and she acts exactly the same way, so we're convinced that's just how she is.)
The camera work is not as good as in the other scenes. There is one long "medical" shot that we found very annoying, and the camera barely moves when they are doggy style, which makes that sequence feel monotonous.
