The story revolves around Sofia (Olivia Austin), who is engaged to Brett (Marcus London). But he turns up on the covers of the tabloids fucking his mistress, which leads her to go out and get drunk, then get busted for DUI on the way home. So her publicist (Mia Li) cooks up a scheme to raffle off a date with her. The winner is a small-town guy Justin (Ryan McLane), who is as cynical as he can be...and rightly so, really. But, well, you figure it out.. though remember this is a Stormy Daniels movie, so there are twists along the way.
There have been a lot of really excellent movies from Wicked Passions, such as the last one, Off Limits. Unfortunately, however, this is not one of them. It's a pretty good story, and a good bit of time—thirty minutes, about a third of the movie—is devoted to the story. But the first two sex scenes happen right at the beginning, before we really have any idea who these people are. Once the story actually starts, the movie gets much better. But the third and fourth sex scenes do not really feel well integrated into the movie, and the music is, if not typical pornzak, annoyingly repetitive. The acting is mediocre, too, for the most part, though Ryan McLane is, as usual, terrific.
The photography is about as is typical for the Wicked Passions movies: well balanced, and fairly intimate. There are a lot of nice shots of the women's faces, especially, but also of the men's, and Daniels does a good job of editing the scenes so they are not too long without making them seem fragmented.

Sofia has come home early from a trip, surprising Brett, who has to kick something under the bed. But they have sex on their bed anyway. Unfortunately, though, the sex is pretty predictable, and there's not much of a connection between them.
Scene 2: Charlotte O'Ryan and Marcus London (♀♂)
Pleasure ✓, Passion ♀, Balance ♀
Brett has sex with his new lover while Sofia is having a shower. The sex is natural and reasonably passionate, and we actually enjoyed the way she talked to him, which was equally natural. But she never seems terribly aroused.
Scene 3: Mia Li and Derrick Pierce (♀♂)
Sofia's assistant has sex with her husband. The sex is once again a bit predictable, and not terribly passionate. She never seems very aroused, and certainly never seems near orgasm.
Scene 4: Bianca Breeze and Jake Taylor (♀♂)
Pleasure ✓, Passion ♀, Balance ♀
Miranda (Bianca Breeze), who is Sofia's publicist, has sex with Justin's friend (Jake Taylor) in the back of a limo. Unfortunately, the sex is once again pretty predictable. And it is not particularly passionate, either.
What is good about this scene is how it is shot. The quarters are obviously very cramped, but they do a good job using the space, and a mirror that is on the side of the limo.
Scene 5: Olivia Austin and Ryan McLane (♀♂)
Justin and Sofia have sex after...well, that'd give the story away. The sex, though, is again fairly predictable. And it's not as passionate as it should be, given the story. There should be more kissing, and they should talk to each other more.
