Review

Jacob (James Deen) and Sarah (Lexi Belle) were friends all their lives, and she is about to go to college. He confesses his love for her, and they have sex in her backyard. He then asks her to travel through Europe with him. She declines, much to his dismay, and heads to college. There she meets Michael (Tyler Nixon), and they end up moving in together, which eventually leads to a marriage proposal. But before they do marry, Sarah needs to resolve her feelings for Jacob—who, it turns out, has been writing her for all these years, though her mother has been hiding the letters.

There is a decent story here, and the sex is well integrated into it. But what would have made sense would have been for the final scene to show Sarah and Jacob having passionate sex again. Instead, there's no sex at all for the last twelve minutes or so.

The sex is decent, but not great. The main problem is that it all feels a bit performed and pre-planned. Along those same lines, and perhaps for that very reason, there's overall a lack of genuine female pleasure here, and only Lexi, in the first scene, ever seems anywhere near orgasm. One thing that is nice, however, is how well condoms are handled. In most of these movies, the condom just kind of appears, but in two of these scenes we actually see the woman put it on her partner. Julia Ann even makes doing so sexy.

Overall, then, this was an enjoyable movie to watch, and a nice example of the "romantic porn" genre. The acting isn't great, but it's reasonably good. If the sex lived up to the story, this would have been fantastic. Unfortunately, though, it doesn't.

There's a great connection between them, and some nice communication, as well, at least at the beginning, but some of the later bits start to feel performed, and the changes of position feel a bit programmed. There are a lot of abrupt edits, as well.

She seems to have a good time, and she sometimes seems as if she might cum, but we don't think she ever quite gets there. He does, of course.

The camera work here is pretty good, though. We see plenty of each of them.

The photography here is excellent, and there's a pretty good connection between them, nicely set up by the story. Overall, though, this scene is not as passionate as the first.

The sex mostly feels natural, and she seems to enjoy herself. It occasionally seems as if she might cum, but never quite does.
